Carers tickets are available if you need help in order to attend the event. They are available for carers accompanying anyone over the age of 16

If you are attending with a disabled child under the age of 16 who has very high care needs, please contact us to discuss.

Carers tickets are not available at the gate, only in advance.

Carers Tickets documentation required:

• a PIP or DLA award letter showing a Higher Daily Rate of either the daily living amount or the mobility amount

  OR

• A letter from a doctor or other medical professional confirming you could not attend the event alone. 

           AND

• The RESERVATION NUMBER of a purchased ticket for the person needing care (concessionary rate)

Carers tickets are provided on the basis that the Carer is willing and able to assist the customer throughout their entire visit to the event. They should be able to perform all requirements as needed by the  customer, including assistance during an evacuation or other emergency. They must have experience in that role to allow them to support the person they are coming with.

Carers must be over 18 unless otherwise agreed with the organisers.
