Accessibility and Inclusivity Statement
We are committed to making our annual family event a welcoming, affordable, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Our event grounds are fully accessible, with flat lawns and wide paths that are suitable for wheelchairs, mobility aids, and prams. We strive to ensure that all visitors—regardless of age, ability, or background—can enjoy the event comfortably and safely.
To support our inclusive approach:
All workshops, entertainment, and activities are free once you’re through the gate. We believe in creating a fun-filled, family-friendly environment without hidden costs.
Free entry is available for carers, and we offer concessionary ticket rates for disabled visitors.
We actively encourage families from all walks of life to join us. From hands-on creative workshops to engaging performances, everything is designed to be accessible, family-focused, and inclusive.
- As a community interest company we offer free tickets each year to local food banks, homeless units, children homes and hospices ensuring the event is accessible to those facing hardship.
- We do not restrict visitors to purchasing food and drink at the event, they are welcome to bring picnics and we provide picnic benches across the site.
If you have any specific access requirements or would like to speak to a member of our team before your visit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help.
Together, we’re building a space where everyone feels they belong.
