Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any tickets. By purchasing a ticket to Weird and Wonderful Wood (the “Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Ticket Purchase

1.1. Tickets can be purchased online via our website or on the gate, if available.
1.2. All ticket sales are subject to availability and acceptance by the Event Organiser.
1.3. A booking fee may apply to each ticket purchased and is non-refundable.
1.4. Tickets are issued electronically. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that you can access your ticket.


2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. Ticket prices are clearly stated on our website.
2.2. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using approved payment methods.
2.4. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to purchase.

3. Camping

3.1. We are very lucky that Haughley Park have allowed us to have camping on this site so please look after it!

3.2. No BBQs or fires by your tent / camper vans – please use the communal fire-pit area.

3.3. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads as there are sheep in the adjacent fields.

3.4. Weird and Wonderful Wood ends at 6pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday. After this time the event site will be closed. Camping does not permit access to the event site other than during event opening times with a valid ticket. Camping passes only include a camping pitch, you’ll need to buy your entry tickets separately. 

3.5. The ground is a little rough so unfortunately it is not suitable for standard wheelchairs.

3.6. There is a noise restriction on the camp site so please do not bring speakers. The camp site is a family friendly space.

3.7. Haughley Park is a working farm with sheep and sheep fencing. Please take care to avoid any fences with barbed wire or electric fences.



4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation (see Section 4).
4.2. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or bereavement), refund requests may be considered at the organiser’s discretion. Please contact us at info@weirdandwonderfulwood.co.uk.


5. Event Cancellation or Changes

5.1. If the Event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of your ticket.
5.2. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
5.3. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any cancellations or changes via the contact details you provided at booking.
5.4. The Event Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation) incurred by ticket holders.


6. Entry, Attendance & Dogs

6.1. A valid ticket per person must be presented to gain entry to the Event.
6.2. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or non-compliance with event rules.
6.3. Dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on a short lead. Dogs that are not on leads, or that are not cleaned up after, will be asked to leave – accompanied by their owners. Please consider that this is a very busy event and may not be suitable for your pet. 


7. Safety and Liability

7.1. Attendance is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions from staff.
7.2. The Event Organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by negligence.
7.3. You agree to comply with all venue and event policies.


8. Photography and Media

8.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
8.2. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify a member of staff upon entry.


9. Data Protection and Privacy

9.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required to process your order or where legally required.

9. Third Party Events and Vendors

9.1. The Event will feature external vendors or performers. The Event Organiser is not liable for the actions or products of any third-party participants.
9.2. Any transactions made with third parties are strictly between you and the vendor.


10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
